When will the celebration take place? On July, 19 2019 beginning at 06:00pm.

Where will the celebration take place? In the Balkonsaal at the Palace of Hohenheim.

Who is invited? All graduants who completed their studies between April, 1st 2018 and March, 31st 2019. The graduants are to receive a invitation by e-mail at the end of May. This year each graduant can bring two guests as the Office of Public Order does regulate the number of persons attending the event.

What's on the programme? The central part of the event is the ceremonial handing-over of the certificates to the graduants (alternatively a congratulatory letter if the certificate have already been received).

A photographer will provide photography services during the event. You can order your pictures (individual or group photos) online after the event.

How can I take part? Please register online on the website ALUMNI HOHENHEIM e.V. The date for the registration will be announced here. If you have any questions regarding registration please contact ALUMNI HOHENHEIM e.V.

Do not forget to bring your invitation and the e-mail to the ceremony. It is your admission card.
