Which modules do I have to take during my studies? Which modules are compulsory electives? Are there deadlines in the degree program? 

You can find these answers in the examination regulations, in the module catalog and in the study plan. Three important documents to give you the best overview of your studies.

The examination regulations contain all legal regulations regarding examinations. In the module catalog you will find all the modules that you must or can take in your studies. The study plan shows the modules in the individual semesters in chronological order. Read through everything at the beginning of your studies so that you are well informed about your options in your studies. This is your tool to plan your studies from the beginning.

Study organisation

When do my courses take place? When do the exams take place? 

Here are your guideposts:

• Create your personal timetable. 
• You can find all the courses in the current semester in the course catalogue.
• In HohCampus you can manage your studies, such as re-registering for your studies and registering for exams.
• In ILIAS you can access the event content and course materials.
• The Examinations Office is your contact for examination matters.
• The Student Administration Office is your contact for your study administration: from enrolment, re-registration, leave of absence and ex-registration.
  
  
  

During the course of your degree programme, you will take the orientation and intermediate examinations.

• In each case, 6 ECTS credits must be earned through the modules ‘Business Mathematics’ and ‘Introduction to Economics’.
• Four modules (24 ECTS) must be completed through modules from either the field of ‘Business Administration’ or the field of ‘Economics’ or a combination of these two fields.
• Three modules (18 credits) can be freely selected from the modules offered in the first to third semesters.

The intermediate examination is passed if you have completed 90 ECTS from the compulsory area by the end of the fifth semester.
