First research report published by the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences [18.09.25]
The Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences has published its first research report. In this report, the faculty presents its most important research activities and results and offers insights into the strategic orientation of its research.
The report focuses on the faculty's three Focus Areas:
- Digitale Transformation und Wandel
- Nachhaltige Wirtschaft und Konsum
- Ungleichheit und Diversität
These focus areas are illustrated using selected professors, projects and publications as examples. In addition, the report presents the faculty's strategic research goals and the underlying concept for measuring research performance and impact which takes into account both quantitative key figures and qualitative indicators.
This first research report presents data on third-party funding, publications and multi- and interdisciplinary research projects at the faculty up to and including 2024. It also highlights selected achievements by young researchers with strong research profiles.
