About the Doctoral Program

Doctoral Program

The structured doctoral program "Business, Economics and Social Sciences” complements the individual doctoral track by providing subject-specific and methodological knowledge. Networking with other doctoral candidates and engaging in discussions that go beyond one’s own doctoral project are additional benefits of the program. Upon completion of the required coursework and successful defense of the dissertation, the university awards a certificate of successful participation in the doctoral program. In addition, graduates may apply to receive the international academic degree “Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)” in lieu of a doctoral degree from the faculty.
