Degree Program Development

The Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences is continuously refining its degree programs. The goal is to offer a range of academically and pedagogically appealing programs at the bachelor’s and master’s levels and to foster the development of students’ skills in a way that meets their needs.

Further Developing Degree Programs with an Eye Toward the Future

In April 2026, the faculty established a position for program development, funded by the “Transformationsstellen” grant program of the State of Baden-Württemberg. This position supports the systematic advancement and future-oriented design of our bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.

Program development serves as an interface between the academic departments and the faculty and university administration. It fosters dialogue, brings together different perspectives, and supports faculty- and university-wide program development processes.
